Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend and write in English
  • Maintain current health card per state or local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Available to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety and store cleanliness
  • Perform every job function in the restaurant as needed
  • Serve as ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build an effective team through training and timely performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent strong financial results
