Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain current Health Card
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including MVR
- pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- ability to work 50 hours per week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- ability to maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- leadership skills
- strong organizational and communication skills
- experience managing restaurant operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
