Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to perform occasional duties such as shift coverage, catering deliveries using rental trucks, supply runs, local marketing, attending training and meetings, and travel between locations
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
  • proven ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets
  • demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and coaching
  • proficiency in managing inventory and financial controls
  • experience with POS and related systems

Job Qualifications

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager
  • strong business acumen including financial analysis skills
  • proven track record of sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
  • understanding of inventory management, cost of goods, and financial control
  • proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, and reservation systems
  • experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • hospitality or business degree preferred
  • culinary and kitchen operations experience preferred

Job Duties

  • demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales using local market knowledge
  • drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • analyze financial performance and respond to market trends for continuous improvement
  • foster an ownership mindset using KPIs and EBITDA targets for ongoing improvement initiatives
  • set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation while promoting teamwork
  • develop management team members through leadership training to prepare them for future roles
