Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- ability to perform occasional duties such as shift coverage, catering deliveries using rental trucks, supply runs, local marketing, attending training and meetings, and travel between locations
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
- proven ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets
- demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and coaching
- proficiency in managing inventory and financial controls
- experience with POS and related systems
Job Qualifications
- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a general manager
- strong business acumen including financial analysis skills
- proven track record of sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
- understanding of inventory management, cost of goods, and financial control
- proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, and reservation systems
- experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- hospitality or business degree preferred
- culinary and kitchen operations experience preferred
Job Duties
