Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • minimum auto insurance as required
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong organizational skills
  • experience with performance management
  • commitment to safety and food quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
  • proficiency in using restaurant technology platforms such as POS and LMS
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to train and develop staff

Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations
  • hire and onboard team members
  • manage team performance and development
  • plan and purchase food and supplies
  • maintain inventory and equipment
  • manage supplier and vendor relationships
  • oversee profit and loss (P&L) management
  • utilize learning management system (LMS) for training
  • ensure high standards of hospitality and culinary excellence
