Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans
- Mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and trainers
- Recognize and reward team member performance
- Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
- Engage personally with customers to resolve issues
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize service
- Coach management team on brand standards
- Lead product rollout meetings
- Analyze financial performance and manage the budget
