Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with leadership abilities
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current Health Card per state/local laws
  • reliable transportation required
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • pass Serv Safe Certification course and exam
  • open availability required including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • capable of reading, speaking, comprehending, and writing English
  • ability to pass Serv Safe Certification and exam
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations with well-trained staff
  • ensure pristine restaurant conditions and serve excellent food
  • maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, safety, and cleanliness
  • perform all restaurant job functions effectively
  • manage overall restaurant performance and serve as final decision maker
  • communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • build and develop teams through training and performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies
  • maintain strong financial results
