Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card per state or local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Availability for 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Certified in SERV Safe or ability to pass certification
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staff development, food quality, and financial success
  • Maintain and enforce standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job function in the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker and take accountability for restaurant performance
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
