Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related food service industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Must pass a background check
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

- Basic PC skills including use of email and typing
- Familiarity with labor cost reporting and operating statements

Job Duties
- Create a world class guest experience
- Manage, train and direct the restaurant team
- Deliver exceptional brand standards, cleanliness and safety
- Attain sales budgets
- Manage operational execution and expense control
- Manage all restaurant inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
