Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related food service industry
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Must pass a background check
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge or passion for the restaurant business
  • Basic PC skills including use of email and typing
  • Familiarity with labor cost reporting and operating statements
  • Strong integrity and ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Create a world class guest experience
  • Manage, train and direct the restaurant team
  • Deliver exceptional brand standards, cleanliness and safety
  • Attain sales budgets
  • Manage operational execution and expense control
  • Manage all restaurant inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned
