Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • must be able to work an expected 50-hour work week with open availability
  • must have high school diploma
  • must have two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write English

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class operations including crew development, restaurant cleanliness, and strong financial performance
  • maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • engage in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
