Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
- must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- must be able to work an expected 50-hour work week with open availability
- must have high school diploma
- must have two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write English

Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class operations including crew development, restaurant cleanliness, and strong financial performance
- maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- perform every job in the restaurant as needed
- serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
- engage in clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
