Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform cleaning tasks during 80% of shift time
  • Able to sweep, mop floors, and clean parking lot
  • Strong preference for internal promotion from assistant general manager position

Job Duties

  • Lead and establish the tone of the work environment and customer hospitality
  • Manage the overall operation of the restaurant
  • Find, hire, and develop employees
  • Conduct new hire orientations and develop training plans
  • Schedule and deploy the team effectively
  • Address employee performance issues
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns
  • Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
