Job Requirements

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires
  • valid driver’s license to perform duties such as shift coverage and catering deliveries
  • strong guest-centric mindset
  • track record of achieving sales and EBITDA targets through local market expertise
  • experience mentoring and coaching team members
  • knowledge of inventory and financial control
  • proficiency in POS and management software systems

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a general manager or progressive restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to analyze financial data and drive sales growth
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with POS systems and other restaurant management software
  • ability to manage inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
  • passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • demonstrate passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • coach team members on upselling techniques to increase incremental sales
  • analyze financial metrics for continuous improvement and market responsiveness
  • foster ownership mindset using KPIs and EBITDA targets to improve restaurant success
  • set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while encouraging teamwork
  • develop management team members through leadership training and maintain hospitality standards
