Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must maintain current Health Card per regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including MVR
- Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours weekly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience
- Proven leadership experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Certification through SERV Safe course and exam
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 50-hour week with open availability

- Identify high-potential team members and develop them into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including a successful and well-developed crew and staff
- Ensure pristine restaurants serving excellent food and maintaining strong financial performance
- Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand all restaurant jobs
- Take accountability for all restaurant performance aspects and serve as ultimate decision-maker
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and timely performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
