Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card per regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours weekly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience
  • Proven leadership experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Certification through SERV Safe course and exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work 50-hour week with open availability

  • Identify high-potential team members and develop them into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including a successful and well-developed crew and staff
  • Ensure pristine restaurants serving excellent food and maintaining strong financial performance
  • Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand all restaurant jobs
  • Take accountability for all restaurant performance aspects and serve as ultimate decision-maker
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and timely performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent strong financial results
