Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Supervisors
- Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Member Trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding Team Member performance
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly
- Personally engage with customers and resolve issues
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings
- Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
- Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs
