Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma required
- Minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card per state/local laws
- Reliable transportation required
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Must pass Serv Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Expected 50-hour workweek
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to pass Serv Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage financial aspects of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staff development and restaurant cleanliness
- Drive high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Maintain strong financial performance and accountability for restaurant results
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and providing performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
