Job Description
This position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain known for its Mexican-inspired menu and quick service. Specifically, this role is not directly with Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates but with an independent business owner operating under the Taco Bell franchise model. Franchisees are distinct entities that manage their own wage scales and employee benefits, which can vary significantly from one franchise to another. This creates a unique employment experience depending on the specific franchisee's policies and management style.
