Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a casual dining restaurant manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong financial literacy related to restaurant operations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service

- Minimum 3-5 years of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience
- Proven leadership skills in managing restaurant operations and teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Experience training and developing team members
- Commitment to health and safety compliance
Job Duties
- Put the guest experience first by greeting warmly and maintaining a positive attitude
- Lead the restaurant as if it were your own by understanding and impacting financial performance
- Promote a positive company culture among team members and guests
- Maintain the highest standards for service, guest interaction, food quality, and presentation
- Focus on professional and personal development of hourly and management team members daily
- Ensure awareness of restaurant atmosphere and set standards for staff
- Recruit, train, and support team members continuously
- Serve the local community as friends and family inside and outside the restaurant
- Collaborate with Catering and Marketing departments to boost sales
- Uphold health and safety standards according to company and health department policies
