Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience as a casual dining restaurant manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong financial literacy related to restaurant operations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience
  • Proven leadership skills in managing restaurant operations and teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Experience training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Put the guest experience first by greeting warmly and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Lead the restaurant as if it were your own by understanding and impacting financial performance
  • Promote a positive company culture among team members and guests
  • Maintain the highest standards for service, guest interaction, food quality, and presentation
  • Focus on professional and personal development of hourly and management team members daily
  • Ensure awareness of restaurant atmosphere and set standards for staff
  • Recruit, train, and support team members continuously
  • Serve the local community as friends and family inside and outside the restaurant
  • Collaborate with Catering and Marketing departments to boost sales
  • Uphold health and safety standards according to company and health department policies
