- Continuously promoting positive Condado company culture with teammates and guests
- Passion for the industry including the highest standards for service and guest interaction
- Focusing on professional and personal development with hourly employees and management teams daily
- Ensuring that every item delivered to the guest meets the highest standards of quality and presentation set by Condado
- Constant awareness of the feel and vibe in the restaurant and setting the standard for staff
- Finding the best talent and training and supporting the team daily
- Serving the local community as if they were friends and family
- Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with Catering and Marketing departments
- Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and Department of Health
