Job Requirements
- Ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours continuously
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Willingness to bend and twist frequently
- Completion of a Culture Index survey as part of the application process
- Demonstrated leadership experience of at least 2 years as a restaurant general manager
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong commitment to customer service and team development
- Ability to manage operational functions including staffing, cost control, and inventory
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager or in a similar leadership role
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Proven track record of driving sales and maintaining operational standards
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Optimize restaurant revenue by managing staffing, controlling costs, and overseeing inventory
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization throughout the restaurant
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company culture
- Drive sales and profitability by focusing on results and operational excellence
- Solve problems quickly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment
- Foster a vibrant, positive atmosphere that encourages team growth and development
