Job Requirements

  • Ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours continuously
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Willingness to bend and twist frequently
  • Completion of a Culture Index survey as part of the application process
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of at least 2 years as a restaurant general manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong commitment to customer service and team development
  • Ability to manage operational functions including staffing, cost control, and inventory

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager or in a similar leadership role
  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of driving sales and maintaining operational standards
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Optimize restaurant revenue by managing staffing, controlling costs, and overseeing inventory
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization throughout the restaurant
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company culture
  • Drive sales and profitability by focusing on results and operational excellence
  • Solve problems quickly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment
  • Foster a vibrant, positive atmosphere that encourages team growth and development
