Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report (MVR)
- must maintain a current health card per state or local regulations
- must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- must be available to work approximately 50 hours per week
- must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in managing restaurant operations
- knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- ability to train and develop team members
Job Duties
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
- oversee recruiting, training, and management of personnel
- manage profit and loss (P&L) and overall restaurant operations
- ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- maintain food safety standards and store cleanliness
- communicate effectively with field leadership and staff
- uphold company culture and core values
