Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • must maintain a current health card per state or local regulations
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • must be available to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in managing restaurant operations
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • ability to train and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • oversee recruiting, training, and management of personnel
  • manage profit and loss (P&L) and overall restaurant operations
  • ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • maintain food safety standards and store cleanliness
  • communicate effectively with field leadership and staff
  • uphold company culture and core values
