Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- expected 50-hour work week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- strong team-building and development skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to perform multiple roles within the restaurant
- knowledge of food safety standards
- experience managing P&L
- leadership ability to motivate and guide teams

Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-potential team into effective leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class operations including crew development, restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and financial performance
- uphold high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
- communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- provide meaningful and timely performance feedback
