Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- maintain current health card
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass ServSafe Certification course and exam
- open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- willingness to work 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on multiple shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- successful completion of ServSafe Certification and exam
- ability to work a 50-hour week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proven experience in training and team development
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including an excellent crew and pristine restaurants
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform all restaurant jobs with a clear understanding of responsibilities
- Serve as ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant performance
- Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build and train an effective team while providing meaningful performance feedback
