Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass ServSafe Certification course and exam
  • open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • willingness to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on multiple shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • valid drivers license with reliable transportation
  • successful completion of ServSafe Certification and exam
  • ability to work a 50-hour week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proven experience in training and team development

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including an excellent crew and pristine restaurants
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform all restaurant jobs with a clear understanding of responsibilities
  • Serve as ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant performance
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build and train an effective team while providing meaningful performance feedback
