Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Serv Safe certified
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to analyze financial reports
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends
- Open availability
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Physical ability to meet job demands

Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees to handle courtesy and complaints
- Conduct meetings with team and management for planning and training
- Develop and maintain sales and utilize local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and other costs to minimize expenses
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow food preparation and serving procedures
- Control restaurant inventory
- Use approved labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- Manage restaurant cash control including daily bank deposits
- Report accidents and incidents timely and maintain safe work environment
- Ensure highest possible health department rating
- Adhere to restaurant cleanliness, uniforms, and image standards
- Inform district manager about staffing changes and process payroll
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain personnel files
- Utilize preventive maintenance and ensure equipment repair
- Attend scheduled meetings with district manager
- Perform administrative paperwork as required
