Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to read, speak, and write English
  • maintain current health card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card as required by state or local law
  • ability to pass the SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • reliable transportation
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • identifying and developing high-potential team members
  • achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations
  • maintaining high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • understanding and being able to perform every job in the restaurant
  • being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • communicating clearly and consistently with staff and leadership
