Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two-years restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification
  • availability to work an expected 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current Health Card as required by state or local regulations
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • experience managing P&L and operational budgets

Job Duties

  • Building and developing a high-potential team
  • overseeing recruiting and training of restaurant staff
  • managing overall restaurant operations including P&L responsibility
  • ensuring excellent customer service and high food quality
  • enforcing food safety and store cleanliness standards
  • facilitating clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • driving the company culture and values in daily operations
