- minimum of 5 years related work experience
- management or supervisory experience preferred
- college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- serve-safe certification
- knowledge of local and state beverage service laws
- proficiency in microsoft excel
- good keyboarding and office skills
- ability to manage purchasing and ordering supplies
