Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail including profit and loss responsibility
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Ability to sweep, mop, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
  • Ability to clean parking lot and grounds
  • Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping for 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Basic computer literacy required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proven track record of people development
  • Ability to work standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for 80% of shift

Job Duties

  • Establish the tone and work environment for the entire restaurant team
  • Find, hire and develop employees
  • Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
  • Schedule and deploy team effectively
  • Address team performance issues
  • Assist in resolving customer issues
  • Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
