Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail including profit and loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check criteria
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Ability to sweep, mop, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
- Ability to clean parking lot and grounds
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping for 80% of shift time
Job Qualifications

- College or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility

- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Establish the tone and work environment for the entire restaurant team
- Find, hire and develop employees
- Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
- Schedule and deploy team effectively
- Address team performance issues
- Assist in resolving customer issues
- Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
