Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- maintain current health card as per regulations
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including MVR
- pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week with open availability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English effectively
- current health card as per state or local requirements
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- capability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- strong communication and team-building skills
- open availability to work varied hours
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including well-trained staff and excellent food quality
- enforce high standards of customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- perform and understand every job role within the restaurant
- manage restaurant performance and make ultimate operational decisions
- communicate effectively with field leadership and restaurant staff
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
