Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
  • valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • ability to meet state auto insurance requirements
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role
  • strong knowledge of P&L management and restaurant operations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • manage profit and loss (P&L) performance and financial reporting
  • recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members
  • implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • foster a positive, collaborative team environment
  • monitor inventory, ordering, and waste control
  • lead leadership training initiatives and career development programs
