Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- ability to meet state auto insurance requirements
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role
- strong knowledge of P&L management and restaurant operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
- manage profit and loss (P&L) performance and financial reporting
- recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members
- implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- foster a positive, collaborative team environment
- monitor inventory, ordering, and waste control
- lead leadership training initiatives and career development programs
