Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Valid health card as per state or local laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records

Job Duties

  • Identifying and developing team members with high potential into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations including team development and financial performance
  • Maintaining and enforcing high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Performing all restaurant jobs as needed and being the ultimate decision-maker
  • Engaging in frequent and clear communications with field leadership and staff
  • Demonstrating respect and appreciation for team member contributions
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining strong financial results
