Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Valid health card as per state or local laws
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
Job Duties
- Identifying and developing team members with high potential into leaders
- Achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations including team development and financial performance
- Maintaining and enforcing high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Performing all restaurant jobs as needed and being the ultimate decision-maker
- Engaging in frequent and clear communications with field leadership and staff
- Demonstrating respect and appreciation for team member contributions
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining strong financial results
