Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and profit analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Experience with scheduling and inventory management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensure products meet company quality standards
  • Drive customer-focused culture by resolving customer issues and training managers and crew
  • Track, analyze and resolve sources of customer complaints
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Develop and implement restaurant annual operating plan
  • Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables and take corrective actions
  • Train and mentor subordinates on financial analyses and profitability
  • Develop and manage store CAPEX requests and relationships with vendors
  • Ensure facilities and equipment maintenance meets company standards
  • Monitor inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment daily
  • Establish and monitor restaurant speed with service targets and resolve bottlenecks
  • Oversee development and revision of management and crew schedules
  • Direct restaurant HR activities including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Provide hands-on training for management staff
  • Develop staffing plans and direct crew sourcing
  • Manage work environment to ensure fair and equitable treatment and regulatory compliance
