Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and driving financial outcomes
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly, accurate, and fast service
  • Manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
  • Problem-solve guest feedback to identify root causes and develop action plans
  • Engage with the community and execute local marketing initiatives
  • Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and training of new team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team capabilities and performance
  • Manage restaurant labor by optimizing staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and corporate policies
  • Uphold operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
