Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and driving financial outcomes
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly, accurate, and fast service
- Manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
- Problem-solve guest feedback to identify root causes and develop action plans
- Engage with the community and execute local marketing initiatives
- Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and training of new team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team capabilities and performance
- Manage restaurant labor by optimizing staffing and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and corporate policies
- Uphold operational and brand standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
