Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 80 percent of shift
  • able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves and clean parking lot and grounds
  • strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • experience with Profit and Loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop employees
  • positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Finding, hiring and developing employees
  • conducting new hire orientation
  • developing training plans for new hires
  • scheduling and deploying the team
  • addressing performance issues
  • assisting in the resolution of customer issues
  • managing the restaurant budget and financial plans
