Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- basic personal computer literacy
- must pass background check and drug test
- must have reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 80 percent of shift
- able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves and clean parking lot and grounds
- strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
- experience with Profit and Loss responsibility
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to develop employees

Job Duties
- Finding, hiring and developing employees
- conducting new hire orientation
- developing training plans for new hires
- scheduling and deploying the team
- addressing performance issues
- assisting in the resolution of customer issues
- managing the restaurant budget and financial plans
