Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
- Ability to lead, influence and develop team members
- Natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused
- Ability to routinely hold self accountable for performance
- High energy and ability to react quickly and decisively
- Ability to communicate with restaurant managers and crew members
