Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Possess a valid drivers license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
  • Ability to lead, influence and develop team members
  • Natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Ability to routinely hold self accountable for performance
  • High energy and ability to react quickly and decisively
  • Ability to communicate with restaurant managers and crew members

Job Qualifications
