Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent experience as a General Manager required for external hires
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven ability to achieve strategic sales and financial goals
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of financial control and inventory systems

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost of goods, and financial controls
  • Proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, and delivery platforms
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or business degree preferred
  • Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Utilize financial analysis and KPIs to spearhead improvement initiatives
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork within the restaurant
  • Develop management team members through leadership training
  • Inspire and motivate the team while conducting training and performance reviews
