Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Maintain current health card according to state or local laws
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- Availability for a 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to perform and understand every role within a restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing P&L and driving team performance
- Knowledge of food safety standards and store operations
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-potential team into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including developed crew and staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and make ultimate decisions
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong financial results
