Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current health card according to state or local laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • Availability for a 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform and understand every role within a restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing P&L and driving team performance
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and store operations

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-potential team into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including developed crew and staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and make ultimate decisions
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong financial results
