Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Proven ability to manage restaurant operations effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with sales and cost control management

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management (General Manager or Assistant GM role)
  • Strong track record in sales building and cost control
  • Experience in breakfast and/or catering operations is a plus
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and motivate staff
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members and assistant managers
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Monitor financial performance including sales, labor, and inventory controls
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture
  • Support catering and bakery operations
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals and implement best practices
