Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Ability to maintain a current Health Card as required by local or state regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant environment
  • Two years of restaurant experience required with demonstrated ability to lead all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform various restaurant jobs and responsibilities
  • Capability to provide meaningful and timely performance feedback

Job Duties

  • Building and developing a team of top performers through training and skill development
  • Overseeing recruiting, training, and daily management of restaurant staff
  • Managing profit and loss and overall restaurant operations
  • Ensuring excellent customer service, high food quality, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Acting as a liaison between restaurant staff and leadership
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with teams and management
  • Enforcing company policies and maintaining strong financial results
