Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current health card as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to perform and understand all restaurant roles
- Demonstrated skills in training and developing team members
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including well-developed crew and staff
- Ensure restaurants meet high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job function within the restaurant
- Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and decision-making
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Train and develop staff while providing timely and meaningful performance feedback
