Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • meet minimum auto insurance requirements
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • reliable transportation
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
  • strong knowledge of restaurant financial management and P&L
  • excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work with diverse teams and foster inclusive culture
  • experience with health and safety regulations in food service
  • good problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • manage financial performance including budgeting, payroll, and cost controls
  • hire, train, and develop team members to build a motivated workforce
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • maintain excellent guest service standards and handle customer feedback
  • implement marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
