Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- meet minimum auto insurance requirements
- eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- reliable transportation
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
- strong knowledge of restaurant financial management and P&L
- excellent leadership and team-building skills
- exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work with diverse teams and foster inclusive culture
- experience with health and safety regulations in food service
- good problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- manage financial performance including budgeting, payroll, and cost controls
- hire, train, and develop team members to build a motivated workforce
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- maintain excellent guest service standards and handle customer feedback
- implement marketing and community engagement initiatives
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
