Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must maintain a current Health Card
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including MVR
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Able to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience
- Proven leadership experience managing all shifts
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Ability to perform and understand all restaurant jobs
- Strong communication and team-building skills
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee recruiting, training, and ongoing employee development
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Manage profit and loss, and drive financial performance
- Serve as a liaison between restaurant staff and leadership
- Foster a positive company culture based on core values
