Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must maintain a current Health Card
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Able to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing all shifts
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Ability to perform and understand all restaurant jobs
  • Strong communication and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and ongoing employee development
  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Manage profit and loss, and drive financial performance
  • Serve as a liaison between restaurant staff and leadership
  • Foster a positive company culture based on core values
