Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have a high school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- maintain current health certification
- possess reliable transportation
- pass criminal background and motor vehicle record check
- complete SERV Safe certification
- availability for 50-hour work weekly schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- capability to work approximately 50 hours per week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
Job Duties
- Identify and develop team members with high potential into leaders
- achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including stellar customer service and food quality
- maintain high standards around food safety and cleanliness
- perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- manage all aspects of restaurant performance including financials
- communicate clearly and consistently with both field leadership and restaurant staff
- build effective teams through training, development, and constructive feedback
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
