Job Duties
- Put the guest experience first and always provide a warm welcome
- Lead the restaurant as if it were your own business
- Read and impact restaurant financials effectively
- Promote positive company culture among team members and guests
- Maintain the highest standards for service and guest interaction
- Focus on daily professional and personal development of staff
- Ensure quality and presentation standards for all food delivered
- Monitor and set the vibe and feel of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, and support the team daily
- Build relationships with the local community and collaborate with Catering and Marketing
- Enforce health and safety standards as outlined by the Department of Health and company policies
