Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • must have two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
  • must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • expected to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • valid health card as required by state or local regulations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to perform all jobs in the restaurant
  • experience managing financial performance

Job Duties

  • build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
  • provide clear, consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
  • oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and maximum profitability
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
  • facilitate effective communication between restaurant staff and leadership
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
