Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must have two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
- must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- expected to work 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- valid health card as required by state or local regulations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to perform all jobs in the restaurant
- experience managing financial performance
Job Duties
- build and develop a team of top performers through training and skill development
- provide clear, consistent direction and recognize individual and team contributions
- oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- manage profit and loss and overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and maximum profitability
- maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
- facilitate effective communication between restaurant staff and leadership
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
