Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and restaurant operations
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in financial controls and inventory management
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Work a 50+ hour work week including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Maintain frequent contact with the public, business, and community organizations to develop public relations
- Communicate with vendors regarding delivery of quality supplies and equipment repairs
- Maintain staffing levels through effective hiring and scheduling
- Supervise staff to ensure prompt and courteous customer service and adherence to quality, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Provide on-the-job training for crew members
- Implement restaurant-level financial controls to ensure accountability
- Order supplies as needed and maintain proper inventory control
- Handle customer complaints tactfully to maintain satisfaction
- Appraise subordinate performance and provide recognition
- Prepare sales and expense projections to set profit objectives
- Exercise managerial judgment in employee relations including evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Complete and maintain records and reports required by law and company policy
- Train assistant managers and trainees to develop management skills
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
