Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • able to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • able to tolerate standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs during shift
  • strong preference for internal promotion from assistant general manager position

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • track record of people development

Job Duties

  • Lead the team and establish the restaurant work environment tone
  • manage the entire restaurant operation and ensure customer hospitality
  • find, hire and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
  • schedule and deploy team members appropriately
  • address staff performance issues
  • assist in resolving customer concerns
  • manage restaurant budget and financial plans
