Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Understanding of inventory management and financial control
  • Proficiency in POS and corporate software systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial operations
  • General proficiency in POS, corporate software, and reservation systems
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or Business degree preferred
  • Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Conduct financial analysis to improve operations and respond to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets to improve restaurant performance
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation while promoting teamwork
  • Inspire and motivate team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews
