Job Requirements
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting KPI and EBITDA targets
- Ability to mentor and coach team members
- Understanding of inventory management and financial control
- Proficiency in POS and corporate software systems
Job Qualifications

- General proficiency in POS, corporate software, and reservation systems
- Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- Hospitality or Business degree preferred
- Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
- Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
- Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
- Conduct financial analysis to improve operations and respond to market trends
- Foster an ownership mindset and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets to improve restaurant performance
- Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation while promoting teamwork
- Inspire and motivate team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews
