Job Duties
- Overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Coordinating daily operations, including setting work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and managing operational costs to ensure profitability
- Preparing and managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Developing promotional strategies to attract new customers and enhance the restaurant's presence in the local community
