Job Requirements

  • Be able to stand for up to 10 hours continuously

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record of managing operational efficiency and profitability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on solution-oriented approaches

Job Duties

  • Ensure operational excellence by managing daily restaurant operations efficiently
  • Optimize revenue through effective staffing, cost control, inventory management, and food safety compliance
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive restaurant culture that inspires and motivates the team
  • Lead by example to empower and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve challenges quickly and effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
