Job Requirements
- Be able to stand for up to 10 hours continuously

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of managing operational efficiency and profitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on solution-oriented approaches
Job Duties
- Ensure operational excellence by managing daily restaurant operations efficiently
- Optimize revenue through effective staffing, cost control, inventory management, and food safety compliance
- Cultivate and maintain a positive restaurant culture that inspires and motivates the team
- Lead by example to empower and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Resolve challenges quickly and effectively to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
