Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Maintain current Health Card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass ServSafe certification exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing financial performance and P&L

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world class operations including crews, staff, food quality, customer service, and financial performance
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job role in the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and timely performance feedback
