Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have high school diploma
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Must maintain current health card per state/local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Strong ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Demonstrated skills in team leadership and operations management
  • Ability to maintain certifications such as SERV Safe
  • Familiarity with P&L management and customer service standards

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world class restaurant operations including staffing, food quality, and financial performance
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Understand and perform all roles within the restaurant
  • Be accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serve as the final decision-maker
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build and maintain an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
